5pb. Games was a Japanese video game developer and a division of MAGES. Inc., known for creating and publishing visual novels and anime-related music. Founded by Chiyomaru Shikura in 2005, the company played a significant role in Japanese otaku culture, developing popular titles like the Science Adventure series. The 5pb. Games brand was eventually consolidated into MAGES. in 2019.

2007The "5pb. Games" brand name was changed from "Five Games Kid" (5gk.) to align with the record label.
2009Chiyomaru Shikura purchased the remaining rights from TYO Group, making 5pb. co-owned with AGOne.
20115pb. Inc. merged with other companies under the parent company MAGES. Inc., with Chiyomaru Shikura as executive director.
2019The 5pb. Games brand ceased to be used, with MAGES. becoming the sole brand for all operations.
2023Chiyomaru Shikura stepped down as chairman and executive director of MAGES. but remained as executive producer.
