2003-2004Sega Toys was reorganized as a subsidiary of Sega Sammy Holdings.
2024January: Sega Sammy announced the transfer of Sega's Amusement Machine business to Sega Toys and the renaming of Sega Toys to Sega Fave Corporation.
2024April: Sega Toys officially changed its name to Sega Fave Corporation.
