2K China was a Chinese video game developer based in Shanghai, established as a subsidiary of 2K on May 9, 2006. Its purpose was to localize games for the Chinese market, develop original intellectual properties, and co-develop products with other 2K studios. The studio was closed on November 6, 2015, following the cancellation of its in-development title, Borderlands Online.
