Goal II
Goal II is a character-based soccer management game for international soccer. You can play in four continents, America, Europe, Africa and Asia: each have 32 countries. Up to 6 human players can join in a game. You will need to win games in order to qualify to the finals of either the continental cup or the world cup: you win games my selecting your squad and your tactics: if you win matches, you will get better players: this way, when taking enough time, literally any country can be made world champion.
