Sit down young one, let me tell you a story. Once, long ago, our Kingdom of Riki was a peaceful, prosperous land. Our people devoted themselves to the practice of magic: honing their skills, discovering new spells, and recording the mechanics of the arcane. It was 100 years ago when demons invaded our land: assaulting our homes, attacking our travelers, and all around creating chaos. In these turbulent times, only a party of brave, young mages stood between our Kingdom and total destruction. This party traveled the breadth and width of our land, fighting back the demons at every turn. My grandfather once saw them in battle, so ferocious and determined was their fighting that none could best them…

What's that you ask? Did they win and save the Kingdom? Well… I suppose some stories are better left played than told. You can play their epic adventure here, in Viridian Sage!

• Sacrificial Combat: Progress requires sacrifice. Casting a spell in combat lowers your own stats, making each future spell weaker. Battles are a complex balance of stat management and offensive power. Will you go with an all out attack, or apply buffs and carefully attack when ready? The choice is yours.
  
• Turn Based Combat: Manage the speed stat and cast time to out maneuver your foes. Will you play with quick, weak spells, or use a hard hitting, slow strategy?
  
• Equipment Management: Maxing out levels with equipment grants permanent stat buffs. Switching out equipment often can make you more competent in combat.
  
• Dynamic Inventory: Consumable items improve and spoil over time. That potion you carry may get better over time, but wait too long and it will become useless.

• Explore the Kingdom: Riki is a large island Kingdom. You will travel the entire island, learning its secrets, and helping its people along the way.
  
• The Fearsome Arena: The nomadic Seasam Tribe, a tribe of lionpeople, hosts the world famous Arena! Can you make it through the 7 different tournaments available?
  
• Amazing Soundtrack: Enjoy over 2 hours of fantastic, newly composed music.
