Play games of Russian roulette with a major strategic component; you can load your own bullets. Choose bullets that can damage, protect, heal, and more. Between rounds, plan and prepare your approach by buying bullets or items that could help you later. Use your progress to unlock buffs for your subsequent runs and try your best to make it as far as you can.

Fire bullets at yourself and take a risk.
Pass Bullets
Pass to skip the bullet entirely.
Hand Over Bullets
Hand over to make your opponent take the bullet; but beware it may backfire.
