Now, central government officials can do their work via mobile devices without having to return to the office even while on a business trip. Naver Cloud (CEO Kim Yu-won) announced that its AI work collaboration tool 'NAVER WORKS', which is participating in the pan-government intelligent work management platform project, will begin mobile service.

The business network of public institutions is operated by strictly separating the internal business network and external Internet network in accordance with the network separation policy. Although it is an essential measure to protect administrative information, access to the internal system is completely blocked on mobile devices such as smartphones and tablets, causing great inconvenience in processing work while on business trips or working outside.

The launch of Naver Works' mobile service, used by central government officials, is meaningful in that it provides the convenience of accessing internal systems using private cloud technology and creates a digital work environment where public officials can work flexibly regardless of location while ensuring security.
Naver Works, which was used only on office PCs, has been expanded to a mobile environment, allowing core tasks such as checking internal emails, reviewing documents, and reporting on messengers to be performed seamlessly even outside the office. Strong security technology based on end-to-end encryption is applied to all data transmission, including conversations and files, so even sensitive business information can be handled safely.
Naver Cloud Director Kyung Seong-min said, "With Naver Works' mobile service, the limitations of location will no longer be the limitations of work," and added, "We will continue to support more administrative agencies to experience work innovation using AI and enable work processing without space constraints."
Meanwhile, the intelligent work management platform is a project promoted by the Ministry of Public Administration and Security, and its core goal is to enable public officials to safely utilize AI technology without worrying about security even in an internal network environment. Last March, three ministries - the Ministry of the Interior and Safety, the Ministry of Science and ICT, and the Ministry of Food and Drug Safety - successfully completed a pilot project and selected Naver Works as their official work collaboration tool.
