Smilegate's global game platform Stove announced on the 15th (Wednesday) that it has released the pirate survival open world adventure ‘Windrose (developer Windrose Crew)’ in Early Access.

‘Windrose’ is an open world survival crafting RPG that explores the vast sea and unknown islands, set in an alternate history worldview inspired by the pirate era of the 17th century. Users who become pirate captains can collect resources, build settlements, operate various ships, and experience battles across sea and land. It attracted high expectations even before launch, with 1.6 million global pre-registrations and 800,000 demo players.

Crafting and building elements are also the main fun elements of the game. You can use resources to build a variety of structures, from shelters to large fortresses, and content can be expanded based on the extensive production system. In the early access version, a system that enhances convenience, such as a ship call function and automatic compensation when a pirate ship is sunk, was also applied.

To celebrate the launch of ‘Windrose’, Stove is selling the game at the lowest price in the world twice until the 27th of this month. Details about the launch commemorative discount event can be found on the stove event page.

A partnership event with Red Force PC Room will also be held. ‘Windrose’ has been installed in about 100 Red Force PC rooms across the country, creating an environment where you can play immediately without a separate download. Through this, users can play the game more easily.

‘Windrose’ supports Korean subtitles and was simultaneously released through global game platforms, including Stove. More information about the game can be found on the Stove Games page.
