Krafton attended the business luncheon hosted by Indian Prime Minister Narendra Modi held in India on the 20th and discussed ways to cooperate in the gaming industry between the two countries. This event was held with Prime Minister Modi personally inviting leading Korean businessmen on the occasion of President Lee Jae-myung's state visit to India.

On this day, Krafton said that it is supporting the local game production ecosystem in India and said, "We hope that this will provide a turning point for the expansion of the Korean and Indian content markets." This suggests that the base for cooperation between the two countries is expanding beyond the existing manufacturing-centered exchanges to new industries such as consumer goods and culture.

After listening to the opinions of businessmen, Prime Minister Modi emphasized the future-oriented partnership between the two countries and mentioned Krafton's gaming division. Prime Minister Modi emphasized that we will do well in the future, mentioning Krafton along with the flagship industries of major conglomerates such as Hyundai Motor Company's mobility and Samsung Electronics' displays.

Prime Minister Modi also expressed his will to further boldly expand the scope of the partnership, saying that the new framework will allow the two countries to work together in many areas, including culture and the creative economy.

President Lee Jae-myung responded to the businessmen's remarks and said that he confirmed that economic cooperation between the two countries is expanding significantly beyond basic industries such as steel and shipbuilding to the field of cultural content. In addition, he promised to provide active support at the government level so that companies' leading efforts can directly lead to actual economic performance.

Subsequently, at the expanded meeting between the leaders of Korea and India held on the 21st, President Lee put cooperation in the gaming field on the agenda and proposed to dramatically strengthen practical cooperation between the two sides.

Meanwhile, the two countries signed a digital bridge framework for practical cooperation in cutting-edge technology fields such as artificial intelligence (AI), semiconductors, and data governance. As technological exchanges with India, which has the world's second-largest information and communication technology (IT) workforce, become more active, the foundation for entry into India for domestic game and digital content industries, including Krafton, is expected to be further solidified.
