SOOP (respectively CEO Choi Young-woo and Lee Min-won) continues the StarCraft II league, broadcasts, and events and continues to present related content.
Last March, the first and second rounds of the team battle competition ‘GSL CK’ were held. It was a team-based game in which GSL players participated, and was operated under the sponsorship of Intel. GSL CK was prepared to allow players to check their actual game sense and showcase team-based strategies prior to the regular season. ‘Team Seong-ju Cho’ won the first round, and ‘Team Kang Min-soo’ won the second round.
In the regular season of GSL, scheduled to be held in April, Intel plans to continue its sponsorship following GSL CK and continue to grow the StarCraft II ecosystem with SOOP.
Additionally, starting from the end of April, an event will be held for StarCraft II category users. In addition, we plan to continue to provide production support for streamers and maintain an environment in which quality content related to StarCraft II can be produced beyond the competition-dependent ecosystem.
Meanwhile, SOOP also operates related content such as StarCraft II broadcasting. Last March, ‘RSL Season 4’ was broadcast in Korean, and the global competitions ‘Kung Fu Cup’ and ‘Wardi Monday’ are being broadcast in Korean.
