'Fantasia Sango Remake' is a remake based on the strategy RPG 'Fantasia Sango' (Hwanse-rok), originally released in 1998. This new title is characterized by its reinterpretation with modern graphics and systems while maintaining the unique sentiment and strategic depth of the original work.
The game is set on the fantasy continent of 'Falsioni,' where five races coexist. The narrative follows the aftermath of the collapse of the alliance that once saved the world, leading various nations and factions back into war.
Players begin their journey as 'Leonard,' the commander of the 2nd Knight Order of the Waspita Republic. In the process of pursuing revenge and the truth, players will cooperate with various companions, including the imperial princess 'Tina,' the beastman archer 'Ho,' and the dark elf magic swordsman 'Crater.'
Combat is built upon strategic gameplay. Players can utilize a "Ki" system, which accumulates through attacking and taking damage, to unleash character-specific ultimate moves. The game also features a "Chain Kill" system for defeating enemies in succession. By meeting specific conditions, characters can advance to higher classes through the 'Temple of Destiny.' Upon class advancement, players gain access to new skills and advanced magic, along with changes to the character's appearance. The game also includes elements of exploration to find equipment and elixirs hidden throughout the battlefield.
A multi-ending structure has been introduced to the story progression. The conclusion varies depending on choices made during gameplay and class advancement, offering a variety of outcomes ranging from happy endings to tragic ones.
