Isn't teleportation a foul in Battle Royale? ‘Fortnite x Overwatch’ collaboration announced

‘Overwatch’ characters are coming to Fortnite.

On the 14th, Fortnite announced the participation of Overwatch characters through its official YouTube channel. There are a total of four characters participating in this collaboration: Tracer, who uses time reversal abilities, D.Va, who is Korean and uses mecha in battle, Genji, who uses a dragon sword, and Mercy, a healer.

If you look at the released 30-second trailer, you can see Mercy appearing in the same composition as in the Overwatch trailer, D.Va and Genji preparing for battle together, and Tracer using teleportation to subdue the enemy just like in Overwatch.

The name of this collaboration is 'Answer The Call', which fits the Overwatch theme. The update will be applied on May 15th, Korean time.

Meanwhile, Fortnite, which is collaborating with Overwatch this time, collaborated with Lucasfilm on a Star Wars collaboration just before, and has drawn favorable reviews by introducing various items and content using the Star Wars IP.
