'Deadly Trick' is a multiplayer social deduction game that can be played by 5 to 8 players. The game features a structure where players can investigate crime scenes and gather evidence to deduce the culprit, or switch roles to become the culprit themselves depending on the situation. During the event, players can experience the core systems of 'Deadly Trick' without limitations through a demo build available on Steam.
All players start as "Whites" and must complete class activities within a time limit. The game progresses in a time-attack format where completing class activities increases the remaining time. However, if teamwork collapses due to interference from the "Black," the chances of collective survival decrease. If a White acquires a murder weapon, they transform into a "Black." If a Black eliminates other players and is not identified as the culprit in the trial, they achieve a solo victory. The "Black" can hide among the Whites, disrupt class activities, and even directly hand over a murder weapon to turn a specific player into a Black.
When an incident occurs, the game moves to the class trial phase to identify the culprit. 'Deadly Trick' has implemented a rule where all Whites lose if they fail to correctly identify the culprit. During the investigation phase, players can explore the scene directly, collect clues containing specific information, and present them in the form of propositions during the class trial to use as the core basis for discussion. Each character possesses unique special abilities.
Finalblow plans to continuously incorporate new systems and additional content during the early access and official paid version releases, based on feedback collected from global users during the demo period. 'Deadly Trick' is scheduled for release in July with a price of 9,800 won.
