AP Thomson is a game designer who has been independently releasing games for over 15 years, both solo and with small teams. He is a graduate of MIT and NYU, and also teaches at the NYU Game Center.

2010s (approx): Began releasing games independently, including Beglitched, Swap Sword, Multibowl, and Fortune-499.
2025Co-directed "Consume Me" with Jenny Jiao Hsia, which won the Seumas McNally Grand Prize at the IGF.
2026Released "Titanium Court," winning the Seumas McNally Grand Prize at the IGF, making him the only back-to-back winner.
