1995Founded in Kyiv, Ukraine, by Igor Karev, Yaroslav Kravchenko, Oleg Slusar, and Denis Vereschagin, and began developing a game engine for "Tron: The Hammer of War".
1997"Tron: The Hammer of War" was renamed and released as "Chasm: The Rift".
2011Action Forms became dormant.
