Almanic Corporation was a Japanese video game development company. It was founded in 1989 in Tokyo, Japan, by Takashi Yoneda and other founding members. The company was later renamed Givro Corporation in 1995 and quietly dissolved at the end of 1998.

1989Founded as Almanic Corporation in Tokyo, Japan, by Takashi Yoneda (formerly of Enix and Technos Japan) and Noriyuki Tomiyama (formerly of Technos).
1995Renamed to Givro Corporation.
1997-1998Released its final game in late 1997 and quietly dissolved at the end of 1998.
