History
1991Founded in Gaithersburg, Maryland, USA, by Dale DeSharone and Igor Razboff, with a branch in Saint Petersburg, Russia.
1993Released Link: The Faces of Evil and Zelda: The Wand of Gamelon for the Philips CD-i.
1995-1996Released educational games I.M. Meen (1995) and its sequel Chill Manor (1996) for DOS.
2001Dissolved by Vivendi Universal after being acquired by Capitol Multimedia in 1994 and Davidson & Associates in 1997.
