1982Founded by programmers Paul Butler, Rick Banks, and Steve Armstrong in Ottawa, Ontario, Canada.
1990s: Acquired by Astral Media.
2004Founders Paul Butler and Rick Banks bought back the company.
2011Ceased operations.
