Vibe Camp is a three-week global program where participants develop their own games using the 'MapleStory' IP, and it will begin on the 8th.
There are no specific eligibility requirements, and anyone who likes 'MapleStory', not just developers, can participate.
Team participation is possible, but each game must be submitted under a single account. Participants who sign up for the MSU Builder web during the camp will receive unlimited credits necessary for game development.
The final submission deadline for created games is the 29th. Nexspace will announce the final winners on July 22nd after a review process. The total prize pool is $60,000 (approximately 90 million KRW), and winners will receive NXPC tokens equivalent to the dollar amount at the time of payment.
Notably, Nexspace plans to offer "Winner's Stack" to the grand prize winner, which includes support for the entire global launch process. This includes development support such as game design consulting, business model design, and engineering mentoring.
Furthermore, Nexspace will directly manage joint marketing utilizing 'MapleStory' channels and the entire publishing process for releases on app stores, Google Play, and Steam.
The development environment and service space for this event will be provided by Platform Verse Eight. Verse Eight is a platform that offers prompt-based AI vibe coding tools, and participants in this camp will build their games in a dedicated space called MSU Space within Verse Eight.
The structure is such that Verse Eight's AI technology combines with the asset library of 'MapleStory', including characters, monsters, backgrounds, and music, to implement the game based on the user's verbal description of the desired game form. Nexspace will showcase a live demo using Verse Eight's tools through an online seminar on the 11th.
