Daewon Media Game Lab announced that it will collaborate with CRT GAMES to release 'Tumble Pop: Memories', a remake of the classic retro arcade game 'Tumble Pop', on the Nintendo Switch.
Daewon Media plans to distribute the title to the North American and European markets in cooperation with Playasia, a global game distributor. 'Tumble Pop', which appeared in the arcade market in 1991 and was loved for its unique cooperative play and cute visuals, faithfully implemented the stage clearing method and cooperative elements of the original through this remake and supports cooperative play for up to two people.
This 'Tumble Pop: Memories' includes the 1991 arcade version and the 1992 GAME BOY version, allowing you to play with the emotions of the time. In addition, new stages and challenge modes that were not included in the original were added to provide a variety of entertainment. CRT GAMES, in charge of development, explained that 'Tumble Pop: Memories' is a work that goes beyond simple restoration and is close to a reinterpretation that connects generations, and that it is being developed so that people can experience the joy of the arcade again by adding a modern sensibility while maintaining the emotion of the original.
'Tumble Pop: Memories' will be available for first-hand experience at the Daewon Media booth at Play Expo 2026, which will be held at KINTEX in Ilsan from May 21, 2026. More detailed information about the game will be provided later through the Daewon Media Game Lab official website.
