The detailed schedule and ticket reservation method for the ‘2026 LCK MSI Representative Selection Match (2026 Road to MSI)’, which will determine the two teams that will represent the LCK in the Mid-Season Invitational (MSI) to be held in Daejeon Metropolitan City at the end of June, has been revealed.
League of Legends Champions Korea (CEO Sang-heon Oh, hereinafter referred to as 'LCK'), which hosts the Korean professional league for 'League of Legends (LoL)' esports, announced details regarding the LCK MSI representative selection match.
The 2026 LCK MSI Representative Selection is a stage to select teams that will represent the LCK in MSI, and six teams from 1st to 6th place will participate at the end of the 1st and 2nd rounds of the LCK regular season. The 1st and 2nd rounds of the national team selection match will be held at the LCK Arena located at Cizizik LoL Park in Jongno-gu, Seoul. The 5th and 6th places in the regular season will face off in the first round, and the winning team will play the 4th place team in the second round. Only one team that passes the 1st and 2nd rounds will advance to the 3rd to 5th rounds to continue competing for the seeding spot.
The two teams that will win tickets to MSI will be decided through rounds 3 to 5 held at the Wonju DB Promy Arena in Wonju, Gangwon-do. The winner of the match between the 1st and 2nd place teams on Friday, June 12th will qualify as the LCK number 1 seed. On the 13th (Saturday), a match will be held between the 3rd place team from the 1st and 2nd rounds of the regular season and the winner of the 2nd round, and the winning team will face the loser of the 1st seed match on the 14th (Sunday) for the remaining spot.
As this representative selection match takes the form of a road show held in Wonju, the LCK adjusted the weekend game time in consideration of the convenience of movement for fans visiting the site. The 3rd round, held on the 12th (Friday), starts at 5 PM, and the 4th and 5th rounds, held on the 13th (Saturday) and 14th (Sunday), start at 3 PM. All matches in the qualifying round will be played in a best-of-five format.
Ticket reservations for rounds 3 to 5 held at DB Promy Arena in Wonju will be held sequentially from Wednesday, May 20 to Friday, May 22. Tickets for the June 12th game can be purchased from 8 PM on Wednesday, May 20th, tickets for the 13th game on Thursday the 21st, and tickets for the 14th game on Friday the 22nd. Domestic residents can reserve NOL tickets, and overseas fans can reserve tickets through NOL World.
